Alternatively, we offer pick up and return service for Sydney CBD and Surrounding Areas or outside Sydney CBD areas.
If the item is within 1 year return to base warranty, customer will pay for shipping of the return warranty item to us, we will pay for shipping the item back to the customer once it has been replaced or repaired. If the item is not faulty or over 1 year return to base warranty (some items have 2 years or more than 2 years manufacturer warranty), customer will pay for both sides shipping cost.
If the faulty memory is dual channel or triple kit, distributor requires both/three kit are sent back for warranty.
Usually networking products that you need to contact the manufacturer to get their RA form or RA number before return to us.
Monitors normally have 3 years manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty.
